Also, another crucial factor in selling a home is having all payments up to date. The most normal thing is that the buyer wants the expenses of the community, the mortgage and the possible debts to be paid before their sale. For this reason, it is best to get it fixed before listing a home.

Don't forget the supplies! When you want to change house, you must unsubscribe from the distribution agencies of water, electricity, etc. If you do not, even if you no longer live in the house, they will continue to charge you the expenses of the other tenants.
