• Better lighting: users are looking for natural light and elevated terraces are currently the most in demand.
• Indoor-outdoor connection: As mentioned above, greater importance is placed on open spaces and outdoor areas, even if these mean taking space away from the interiors.
• Personal spaces: Own spaces to do different activities, such as teleworking or doing sport.
